European Materials & Modelling Ontology (EMMO) Workshop

Due to the current corona situation, we are unfortunately forced to refrain from the planned EMMO workshop and to cancel due to Fraunhofer recommendations and travel restrictions of some partners.

A replacement date for the EMMO workshop will be announced in the foreseeable future.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience but we all should take the Corona Virus developments very seriously.

EMMO Workshop organised by Fraunhofer IWM

The Fraunhofer IWM is organising a workshop on EMMO – European Materials & Modelling Ontology. The purpose of the one-day workshop is to continue the discussion on “materials and manufacturing informatics” more particular about ontologies. The long-term goal is to build and find wide-spread agreement on an ontology that can be the basis of access and interoperability.

The participants are invited to share their knowledge and ideas, and to contribute to the developments. The workshop is a networking event for experts and interested parties on ontologies.

We do have limited space available for 40 people only. The event is free of charge.
